Above average service. Arrived Turkey Day Eve. Staff was very helpful before the trip with car and hangar requests. Lucy got us parked on the line. Super nice and professional! Ryan had the car right after we parked and assisted with the bags. The lady at the desk was very kind; she got us checked in and even had treats for the pup. M.A. ALB treats you right and should be the standard others strive for. They will certainly be our stop when we return for the Races. Thank you for being so excellent!

I wasn't expecting much from a big Class C FBO beyond a bunch of fees, but I am happy to report I was mistaken. This is truly the best Million Air I've ever visited, and somehow they also offer some of the best fuel prices nearby. They even placed my somewhat dusty piston single into the hangar overnight at no extra cost due to strong winds. Superb service, fair pricing, and tasty cookies besides. It makes me want to schedule another flight to NY just so I can stop here again.

I felt treated like royalty in a Cessna 172. Although I only stayed for an hour, the staff showed me great respect and were quite helpful. Courtesy cars are provided for a maximum of two hours. The 100LL fuel price was quite reasonable for a busy Class C airport. I will certainly return if my travels bring me back to this region.
