Excellent line service for our arrival and departure; however, the Customer Service Representatives staffing the FBO were unhelpful. They acted quite discourteously toward us and offered no assistance whatsoever. Truly unprofessional behavior. Based at KTEB.

We arrived two hours prior to departure. Short staffing observed. The customer service representative at the front desk appeared quite bothered by our standard request to have trash collected from the aircraft. Not a positive interaction with the personnel today.

Fantastic line experience! Desk staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They marshaled my Cessna to a convenient spot, which made the rain less of an issue for the short walk to the FBO. Fuel pricing was reasonable, and the facilities were clean. I will certainly be back!

Ground crew personnel were excellent. The facilities are quite nice. However, service at the front desk felt very unwelcoming; it seemed like we were an inconvenience. Furthermore, the crew car was running on empty.
