It is 11.30 PM. I have called the main number a dozen times and get a recording. No one is answering the phone. I want to know if the self-service pump is operational. Is anyone working there now? Do they have a night crew? Who is there refusing to answer the phone? I thought Millionaire was a nationwide company. Is this an employee issue or a lack of service that is nationwide?

It is wise to call ahead to confirm if the self-service fuel station is operational before planning to use it. This station frequently experiences downtime.

The flight of two gyros was handled as if we were VIPs. Brooklyn went above and beyond in looking after us. The 'Ramp Rats' were enjoyable to work with and were very careful during refueling. Well done to everyone involved.

Encountered a line service agent exhibiting a poor attitude and lacking basic customer service skills. He refused to unlock the door for us during a medical transport because it was "not his duty" as he hadn't clocked in for another ten minutes. He instructed us to call a number for access... after ten calls with no response... it turned out someone forgot to move the sign displaying the contact number, forcing us to search through the bushes to find it. Even after that effort, there was still no answer. Unsurprisingly, they were all managers, it seems... ha. I will certainly be glad never to return to this location.

Typical Millionaire, excellent facilities, soda fountain and cafe. Self- service is located away from the FBO building (similar to Lake Charles) at the East end of the ramp in front of Millionaire.
