We had to divert after hours to KACT. Tower made a phone call to security to let us off the airport. A Texas Aero employee was still around and helped us out of the security fence. Also asked if we needed a ride or any help but we had already called an UBER. Thanks for letting us drop in unexpectedly!

I frequently fly out of Texas Aero and am consistently impressed by both the CSR's and Line Crew working there. They are always attentive and friendly when I use the facilities here. A big shout out to Patrick and the front desk crew! Keep up the great work!

The front desk staff were rather rude. However, the line service personnel were excellent. If your prices are going to be two dollars more than the facility next door, I would expect at least a polite acknowledgment when handing over receipts, rather than just slamming them down without a "safe flight" or "have a great day."

The front desk staff at the FBO is quite rude. However, the line service personnel are pleasant and helpful. I operated out of this location for three days and will certainly be checking out the TSTC airport next time I visit the area.
