Clemens Aviation KAAO Pilot Reviews

They billed me $20 to collect a patient for an Angel Flight operation. Seriously? Charging volunteer pilots and aircraft owners who are conducting charitable missions?

A facility fee of $20 was charged for a C172, despite receiving only 12 gallons of fuel. This was for a quick turnaround supporting Pilots N Paws.

Stopped here as a drop-off point for an Angel Flight. I was disappointed that the FBO charged a $30 ramp fee for a charity flight. I have flown several Angel Flights, and this is the first time I've encountered a ramp fee. It seems charity work is not always appreciated.

A pleasant location for an overnight stay. The facilities are good, and the ground crew provided excellent assistance. I was en route to Oshkosh during my initial long cross-country journey. I realized that for future stopovers requiring a rental car for a day, advance reservation is necessary. Luckily, my motel was only about a fifteen to twenty-minute walk away.

Excellent service here with wonderful staff! We initially parked at the incorrect FBO, and they promptly brought the crew car to us and repositioned the Archer. Very kind service indeed! They maintain several crew cars available. They treat General Aviation traffic with the same respect as charter operations.

Superb facilities; I utilized the courtesy vehicle to reach the Textron Aviation gift shop. After returning it, I left the aircraft parked overnight. The following morning, they even offered to tow the plane from its overnight spot!
