Elena and Stan have always been very helpful. This FBO is a 5 Star Pl.; they offer complimentary crew cars and the parking is quite inexpensive. I highly recommend stopping here, and suggest avoiding ECP.

Self-serve fuel pumps are situated near the approach end of runway 06. The older pumps are currently non-operational; please utilize the newer units. Everything functioned well.

I have only dealt with Victoria over the phone a couple times while preparing for our trip, but she consistently goes out of her way to be helpful with every detail! I am really looking forward to arriving there.

Flew in today for lunch in our Tiger and parked at Centrix. Two line personnel assisted us with parking and had us tied down before we exited the aircraft. Sarah, who works the FBO desk, provided us excellent service, including the use of a courtesy vehicle for 90 minutes. A very nice, clean, and friendly FBO, with no ramp fees apart from a small $5 charge, which is acceptable since we utilized their car and opted not to purchase fuel.
