Macon-Fower Memorial K89 Pilot Reviews

Stopped for a break and some fuel. The attendant grounded the aircraft and hauled the fueling hose over before I could even exit. A big welcome! Complimentary snacks, sodas, and water were available in the FBO. A crew car was also accessible. I enjoyed the rest stop, was pleasantly surprised by the genuine greeting, and valued the excellent fuel prices. I will certainly keep this location on my list for a future visit.

Excellent experience, very accommodating and helpful. The fuel pump card reader took a few swipes to register. I will certainly return.

Other reviews are accurate. Chris took a break from mowing and had the 100LL reel unwound before I could finish the Secure Checklist. Affordable gas, complimentary soft drinks and snacks, plus a crew jeep was available. The couch appeared comfortable enough to ride out a storm, and there was free WiFi. They just need an AWOS, which is reportedly in development.\nBrian", "replacements": { "Bret": "Brian" } } ```

Stopped in for a short break from flying. Quite a nice FBO, clean facilities with complimentary drinks, spotless restrooms, and a small lounge area for resting and flight planning. David came out to greet me and then showed me the FBO facilities. He later called on the radio as I was departing to offer thanks and provide current wind information. I will certainly stop by again.
