Jax was a life saver when we were AOG with a low battery near Tradewinds (KTDW). The temperatures dropped overnight and when I went to start in the morning, the starter wouldn't turn. Neither the Tradewinds FBO at KTDW nor Signature or Haven FBO at KAMA had an APU that I could use for assistance. Since it was a Sunday morning, no maintenance shops were taking my calls either... only Jax at Redline answered my call. This facility earns five stars in my book for truly exceptional customer service.

Excellent FBO experience! Plenty of snacks available. Overnight crew cars were provided, and payment through the online Square system made settling up very straightforward.

This was a swift stopover utilizing full service fueling. A modest FBO offering exceptional service from a careful and caring crew. The facility has everything necessary for transient pilots—more than everything, actually. Most pilots will initially be drawn in by the competitive fuel price, but they will certainly return for the outstanding service.

Just flew in this week in my SR22. I was welcomed and escorted in by Shane. They assisted me with fuel—what more could one request? They even provided a courtesy car for my wife and me to go to lunch! That was fantastic.

Stopped through with some electrical trouble and Cade helped me get back up and running, on his first day working there no less! So thankful I was not stranded hours from home. The snacks and hospitality are unmatched. I was able to stay on schedule and departed inexpensively refueled and well caffeinated! Glad I picked the right stopover. See you again soon Redline!
