Signature Aviation F45 Pilot Reviews
Nancy
August 23, 2025Had to divert to F45 because of the weather. The personnel were very accommodating and pleasant. They waived all landing fees due to the inclement conditions.

June 6, 2025Flew my Bonanza in for four nights. I received excellent treatment. The aircraft was fueled exactly as requested and prepared for my departure. There were many students operating in the traffic pattern upon my arrival. I executed a long, slow, straight-in approach behind existing traffic, but a Cirrus cut in front of me at the last moment, compelling me to execute a go-around, even though I announced my position throughout the approach. There was no guidance provided regarding where to park. I selected a location out of the way that had tie-downs available. Subsequently, I was confronted by the flight club for utilizing their designated space.

March 30, 2025A decent stopover, though there were many student pilots in the traffic pattern. I waited a while for my passenger pickup. The Signature facility here is quite small, but the staff at the desk are exceptionally welcoming. The line mechanic gave me a stern look for parking the Cirrus near the jet parking area, yet they did not respond to my three radio calls on 131.25. After a $20 gratuity, he confirmed everything was fine and that he had been looking elsewhere. The crew car was available without issue for a couple of hours, and the small pilot lounge offered ample television viewing. The standard excellent Lavazza coffee was available.

January 15, 2025Two nights tie down, 25 gallons of fuel for my C172, costing $276 total. Please call ahead to confirm the current fees.

January 10, 2025Stopped in over Thanksgiving for three nights in a C172. Huge ramp space, though I wasn't greeted at the aircraft or anything. Upon walking inside, I was informed there is a $30 fee waived with fuel purchase, an additional $8 fee for something else, and $38 per night. I would assume these rates are better than flying into PBI, but $38 per night for a 172 seems excessive.
