Drove out there from Racine to check it out after KRAC added $210 on to my bill for parking! Talked to the manager; he said they don’t charge for tie down. The Airport is along I94 (15 min drive to Racine) and the tie downs are well lit, but there is no security. He mentioned they have never had an issue with security. It feels like a quiet, small country airport. Self-serve fuel pumps are available.
