No FBO, and the county employee was quite rude. We picked up seven passengers, one of whom was wheelchair-bound. I inquired if someone could permit the passengers to drive onto the ramp for easier loading of the immobile passenger. This was allowed upon departure, but upon our return, someone shouted at us over the radio for making a straight-in approach to 27 (even though we did not), criticized my parking in a "terrible" location near the building (for a quick turnaround), and seemed unhappy about granting ramp access for unloading passengers. I will advise future passengers to avoid using C83.
