There are three courtesy vehicles available. Unfortunately, all of them have dead batteries. The airport manager responsible for parking the cars seemed completely unconcerned about their condition or how we would manage transportation into town.

Another superb small airport in Montana! Situated near the south side of Flathead Lake, this facility accommodates both seaplanes and land aircraft. Vance was exceptionally welcoming, and we settled into the pilot lounge. They offered three courtesy cars, and once the paperwork was completed, we were free to use one. Polson is a charming town, and our arrival coincided with a local cherry festival. The Miracle of America Museum is certainly worth a visit, and we enjoyed Richwine's Drive-In. It feels frozen in time since 1962, offering fantastic food.

A beautiful small airport situated on the shores of Flathead Lake. The FBO here is terrific, offering the most economical fuel in the region. I certainly plan to return.

Flew in on July 1 to drop my son and a friend off at Camp Melita to be on scout camp staff for the summer. The FBO was open and tidy but unattended. Three courtesy cars were available. We selected one, completed the form, dropped off the scouts, filled the car up with fuel, returned it, and headed home. This was my second visit to Polson. Excellent pilot's airport and consistently clean.
