I rarely leave feedback, but today's experience was quite frustrating. I arrived in a Pilatus PC-12NG at 0750 AM. Their official opening time is 0800. After purchasing $2000 of jet fuel, I was assessed an extra $200 after-hours fee because service was rendered before 8 AM. If this charge had been clearly communicated before fueling, I would have gladly paid the $200 and sourced my fuel at another location. I will not be stopping here again.

Arrived in January flying a Falcon 900LX. The service was excellent. A very nice FBO facility, and the staff were wonderful.

They finally implemented self-serve fueling, but it is only accessible during standard business hours.

There is no self-service available here. Management required the independent supplier to depart the airport.

Sky-Blue Aviation is the county-run FBO at 3J1. The management team seems quite rude and difficult to deal with. They refuse to allow piston aircraft to be tied down on the ramp for transient pilots, and they do not provide 24-hour self-serve fuel. They do offer full-service fueling, but the operating hours are inconsistent, and they ask that you provide them with a full day's notice before arriving for fuel. I suggest finding an alternative location for a less complicated experience.
