One of the most scenic finals I have ever landed. Fueling and all services worked excellently. I did not see anyone present, and after waiting over an hour for a taxi to reach the Cherokee casino, I simply canceled that part of the plan. I ended up just fueling the aircraft and departing. No Uber or Lyft service was available.

Flew in a few weeks ago early morning. Beautiful runway and surroundings. The FBO is just a trailer. The manager happened to be present when I landed. I inquired if they offered any coffee; they did not. I then asked if I could utilize the courtesy car to fetch a cup of coffee. He stated I must email and submit a formal request to use the courtesy vehicle. This is an extremely slow airport with minimal traffic, yet one must submit a request just to access the courtesy car. 🤷🏼‍♂️

A real lifesaver. I needed to divert here due to some weather that developed rapidly after dark. They provided tie-downs and chocks, plus self-serve fuel was available. I ended up needing to stay overnight until the weather cleared, and fortunately, I could use a couch and a sleeping bag they had. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the views were stunning once daylight arrived and the weather improved. I certainly hope to return sometime!
