I visited in September 2024. The staff here were truly exceptional!!!! My five-year-old twins were quite finished with flying because the turbulence was excessive for them. They were feeling quite unwell upon our arrival!!! Keith's team took them under their care:) They showed the boys around, offered some snacks to all three of us, and even gave the boys some of their LEGOs!!!! We were flying from Minnesota to Rifle, CO. This brief stop was precisely what this tired mother required!!!! My sincere thanks to everyone!!!

Another excellent stay with Keith at 20V in July. Keith is consistently available to assist, and we know the aircraft is in good hands when we stop by. A real pleasure.

Kevin was superb in all aspects: answered the phone at all hours of the day, met us after hours, provided a rental car, and offered a fantastic FBO experience with an ultra-warm wood stove and a heated hangar. He even suggested self-serve JET-A (with both over-wing and big jet nozzles) to save a few dollars. All the subpar FBOs out there should spend a few days observing how Kevin manages his operation. We are looking for reasons to return.
