A pleasant, small-town airport. The paved runway is in good condition. Access to self-serve 100 LL fuel was straightforward, and it was the most affordable fuel within a couple hundred miles. The courtesy car was parked right on the ramp beside the FBO building, with the keys located inside the building. Although no staff were present at the FBO during my visit, there was a key in a lockbox next to the door, and the combination for the lockbox was the Unicom frequency. Inside, everything was tidy, including the restrooms. There are no vending machines, but the air conditioning was running, which was appreciated given the 90-degree temperature outside.
