The $10/night tie-down fee isn't substantial, but they seldom have ropes available, so ensure you bring your own!

Nothing fancy, but reasonable fuel for the area and decent tie down rates. Everyone we met was very pleasant. Enterprise rent a car is right down the street, and they will pick you up if they are not too busy; however, they do not allow dropping the car off at the airport. Be cautious when parking on the ramp near the University Hospital helicopters, as they take off and land in close proximity to that area, causing the tied-down planes to experience some buffeting.

The self-service fuel pumps function reliably. It's a pleasant FBO facility, and the staff were very cordial.
