Max climb, turn out earlier if poss to minimize noise over residential areas.
Noise Abatement: Turn to final must be completed no less than 1/4 mile (Segar's Pond) from the end of runway
Runway 13 Controlling Object Clearance Slope: Ctlg obstn exceeds a 45 deg slp.
Runway 31 Controlling Object Clearance Slope: Runway 31 approach ratio 50:1 to dsplcd threshold.
Runway 31 obstruction close in: Railroad between 350-500 ft left from 0-200 ft from runway end. trees 315 ft left at runway end.
