Be alert; intensive usaf student trg in vicinity of kcos & kpub arprts.

Intensive ag operations mar-sept.
Runway 04/22 Surface: Varmint holes near runway 04 end.
Runway 04 dep has 8 ft fence 155 ft from dep end of runway.
Runway 04: Mkg type - condition: runway 04/22 ends mkd with red/green reflectors.
Runway 4/22 soft and rough when wet.
