Noise abatement: turns on dep prior to 1500 ft MSL na.
Runway 01L/19R Surface: Only cntr 80 ft grvd.
Runway 01R Controlling Object Clearance Slope: 48 ft pline 826 ft from runway 19l end creates 20:1 approach clnc slp to dthr.
Runway 13: Left turn on dep bfr 1500 ft MSL na.
Runway 19L obstruction close in: 8 ft road 200 ft from runway threshold, both sides.
