Aircraft dep runways 09 & 27 not vsbl to aircraft at other end of runway.
APT Lighting Schedule: Actvt mirl runways 09/27 & 16/34; taxiway lights; heli peri lights - CTAF. papi runways 09, 27 & 34 opr consly.
For cd when atct closed contact socal approach at 800-448-3724.
For noise mgmt: no turns bfr airport bdry and 1500 MSL.
Fuel Types Available: For fuel after hours call (951) 321-0091.
