APT Lighting Schedule: Actvt reil runway 15; papi runway 15; mirl runway 15/33 - CTAF.
During south takeoffs, possible hazardous downdrafts south of airport under south wnd conditions.

Poss deer on airport use ctn.
Runway ends not visible from each other.
