Noise abatement: from 2200-0600 pilots are requested to use runway 21 as calm wind runway & do runups on ramp; not runway end. to avoid low alt turns to the west req clnc threshold. class b asp from charlotte approach.
Noise Abatement: Runups on ramp & tkof on 21 if no wind exists

Runway 03 - 15 ft road 292 ft from threshold left & right of centerlines.
Runway 03/21 no line of sight between runway ends.
